If you do not wish to use your card to pay for an order, certified bank checks and money orders are accepted. Please send them to the address above. Shipping Information:

Orders are generally filled within 24 hours of receiving and verifying payment. It will be shipped the next business day. All orders, other then Canada bound orders*, leave our warehouse within 48 business hours** when paid for with credit/debit card or credit.

For regular GROUND deliveries, we guarantee delivery in 10 business days from the date the order shipped.

For RUSH deliveries, we guarantee delivery in 3 business days from the date the order shipped.

*All Canada bound orders leave the warehouse on Thursdays and we allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Canada orders are shipped Canada Post.

Refunds
Customers have until 60 days from the date of purchase to be issued a refund. This will be refunded to the card or method of payment that was originally used in the initial purchase.
